Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you do not need to be home. Many of our clients provide us with a spare key or garage code. Our staff is fully vetted, insured, and trustworthy.
Do you provide the cleaning supplies?
Yes! We bring all our own premium, eco-friendly cleaning supplies and state-of-the-art equipment. If you have a specific product you'd prefer us to use, just let us know!
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee.
Are your cleaners insured and bonded?
Absolutely. All Nurturing Hands team members are fully insured, bonded, and undergo rigorous background checks for your peace of mind.
